Exchanges & returns
In the context of distance selling (without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties), the Customer has, according to Article L 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, a period of fourteen clear days (14) to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to pay penalties, with the exception of the exchange and return costs of the products concerned. This period runs from the day of receipt of the goods by the Customer.
All Products delivered in Europe can be refunded; contact us HERE indicating your order number and the reason for your return or use the withdrawal form below.
Products must be returned intact, complete and suitable for resale to the following address: Carotte & Cie, 61 boulevard de Strasbourg, 59100 Roubaix (France).
Partially (first name) and fully customized products, as well as fabrics requiring cutting (haberdashery) and repaired products (repair service), will not be returned or exchanged in accordance with article L.221.28 of the Consumer Code.
If the above conditions are met, Carotte & Cie will reimburse the buyer as soon as possible, and within a maximum of thirty (14) days from the date of notification to Carotte & Cie of the right of withdrawal, the sums paid by him, with the exception, however, of shipping costs and product return costs, which remain the responsibility of the buyer (except for a defective product upon receipt or an order error on the part of Carotte & Cie).
