La Part des Lionnes, the concept

This innovative and gentle concept, created by Pauline Ramirez, reinvents the birth gift by also thinking of mothers. When a baby comes into the world, tradition dictates that they receive many gifts: rattles for awakening, travel blankets for care, or musical cushions with soothing melodies. However, an essential person is often overlooked: the mother. After nine months of pregnancy and childbirth, she also deserves to be pampered and celebrated, doesn't she?

Who is behind La Part des Lionnes?

Pauline is the mother of a little boy born in 2020. After the birth of her son and a somewhat complicated postpartum period, she realized that mothers sometimes lacked attention. Building on her experience, she wanted to celebrate new mothers too and provide them with extra support with lovely thoughtful gestures just for them. And since Pauline also loves babies, the idea of a "all-in-one" gift with little attentions for both baby and mom seemed obvious. La Part des Lionnes was born!

La Part des Lionnes, a concept designed for mothers

La Part des Lionnes intervenes by offering birth boxes that care for the inseparable mother-baby duo. Created by a mother for mothers, this unique concept offers carefully selected gifts to accompany the postpartum period: well-being care, comforting teas, delicate jewelry, or gourmet treats.

And for babies? Practical and trendy essentials, among which Carotte & Cie creations have been featured from the start, and I'm quite proud of that!

La Part des Lionnes offers birth boxes to compose or choose from Pauline's carefully designed compositions. The idea? A birth gift with presents for both the baby and their mother. With La Part des Lionnes, mothers (too) are pampered after the baby's birth.

A concept designed for the postpartum period

Between fatigue and upheaval, postpartum is a whirlwind of emotions and changes that need to be accompanied with gentleness.

The first weeks after childbirth mark the beginning of an intense and often challenging period for new mothers. Between the accumulated fatigue due to lack of sleep, the physical pain related to childbirth, hormonal upheavals, and constant doubts about how to properly care for the baby, postpartum is a real ordeal, both physical and emotional. This crucial moment, often underestimated, requires attentive and benevolent support to help mothers feel surrounded and understood.

Caring for a new mother is essential to help her navigate this period with serenity. While attention naturally focuses on the newborn, it is equally important to consider the mother's well-being. So why not pamper her with a birth gift specially designed for her? Delicate attentions like postpartum care kits, relaxation accessories, or poetic stationery to jot down her emotions can make all the difference.

By offering a birth gift for mom, we show our appreciation for everything she is going through and help her take care of herself, while creating sweet and comforting memories. Because after all, a fulfilled mother also means a happy baby. There's no need to hesitate to honor these women by offering them gifts that soothe and comfort, for a gentle and benevolent postpartum period.

As you can see, I am totally a fan of this concept.

La Part des Lionnes offers much more than just a birth gift: it's a declaration of love and gratitude towards mothers. By highlighting the importance of their well-being from the first moments of motherhood, Pauline Ramirez has created boxes that comfort, support, and celebrate mothers. Thanks to this attention to the mother-baby duo, every birth becomes an opportunity to pamper not only the newborn but also the one who brought them into the world.
