Exchanges & Returns

In the context of distance selling (without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties), the Customer has, according to Article L 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, a period of fourteen clear days (14) to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to pay penalties, with the exception of the costs of exchanging & returning the products concerned. This period runs from the day of receipt of the goods by the Customer.
All Products delivered in Europe can be refunded; contact us HERE by providing your order number and the reason for your return.
Products must be returned intact, complete, and suitable for resale to the following address: Carotte & Cie, 61 boulevard de Strasbourg, 59100 Roubaix (France).

Partially (first name) and fully customized products, as well as fabrics requiring cutting (haberdashery), will not be returned or exchanged in accordance with Article L.221.28 of the Consumer Code.

If the above conditions are met, Carotte & Cie will reimburse the buyer as soon as possible, and within a maximum of thirty (14) days from the date Carotte & Cie is notified of the right of withdrawal, the sums paid by them, with the exception of shipping costs and product return costs, which remain the responsibility of the buyer (except for a defective product upon receipt or an order error on the part of Carotte & Cie).
